My room was a room for a disability person. Therefore, a space of shower and toilet is very big. And during taking a shower, it was very cold and there was a big puddle on a floor. When I asked hotel staff to change the room, they said that there is just different of bath room. I was very disappointed with their reaction...

It was a comfortable modern hotel with a magnificent view. Free Wi-Fi was fast and the service was efficient. The location was particularly good and we were next to a zoo and restaurants.

The restaurant staff was very friendly and the food really good! We arrived very late, had notified the kitchen that we were going to eat, and placed our order at 9:45 pm. Excellent Food and Wine.

Coffee machine confusion

Our stay started off with a flavorful breakfast and Saeed's charming service, which lifted our spirits despite the mix-up with beverages. The restaurant offered good international dishes.

The room was a nice size and well-equipped with an electric kettle, an air conditioning and a personal safe.

Perfectly pleasant experience there. Everything there were fine, including great facilities. Very very good breakfast and a wide range of goodies. Early check in and late check out. Excellent internet, parking on-site.

Double room had 2 singles joined which would be OK if those 2 singles were not like hammocks . Location is terrible , It appears not tor far from town but there are no restaurants or bars within walking distance .

We explored musical festivities and enjoyed tasty food. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Perfect location next to the park and zoo. Planning to return for another group outing soon!

The breakfast experience could be improved, as the coffee machines were limited and led to some queues.

Friendly staff, large clean rooms with nice bathrooms, good dinner at the restaurant. Good location & free parking. The usual Van Der Valk high standard.

Free parking area is small for the number of rooms.
